Nicolás, also known artistically as Kafuné, is an artist, composer, and songwriter from Montevideo, Uruguay. His music reflects a fusion of genres — from rock and soul to candombe and electronic music — shaped by his musical education and touring across Latin America as well as his life in Berlin. Blending live vocals, guitar, and electronic grooves, he creates performances that carry the warmth of South America and the pulse of European club culture. Nicolás appearances include festivals like Pura Vida (2024), Sägewerk Festival (2025) as well as international (Argentina, Uruguay, Perú, Spain) and underground Berlin venues.
Academically trained in singing, guitar, composition, and production, he currently performs both as a solo artist and in a duo. Residing in Berlin, Germany, he is actively engaged in production, DJing and live performances.

Our sound is raw, organic, and impossible to ignore. We fuse Latin American rhythms with deep, driving house music through live vocals, guitar, percussion, synths, and sequencing – all performed and mixed in real-time. No laptops-only set. No predictable DJ transitions. Just pure, sweat-inducing energy that keeps crowds moving from first beat to last.
